Private Servers in Australia
Habitat3 provides each client with an individual and separated virtualised private server within a fully secure Sydney Datacentre. All servers are located within Australia. Habitat3 sales, accounts and technical support staff are all based in Australia.

DataCentres

All Virtual Private Servers and associated data is stored by Habitat3 in Sydney across multiple datacentres. Datacentres used hold ISO/IEC 27001:2013, 27017:2015, 27018:2019, 27701:2019, 9001:2015, and CSA STAR CCM v3.0.1. accreditation.

Full Security
A full suite of security protocols across the technology and the administration and support processes keep our clients’ data safe.

Data Backup
Backups are completed to ensure that all your data as well as the complete private cloud server is able to be restored. Full server backups are completed every 24 hours and 7 days history is retained. We offer a range of options to extend the retention of your backups.

Data Ownership and Control
We are committed to ensuring the highest-level of data security and privacy for our clients. We enter into a Service Supply Agreement which allows you to nominate an Account Holder. who controls access to your data and make all billing and security related requests.
