Australia Wide Internet issues causing slow access to Habitat3


We have been made aware that certain Internet Service Providers (ISPs) are experiencing issues with upstream parts of their networks which is slowing down access to our services.

Although web-browsing may be normal the access to more Internet intensive services like hosted servers could be impacted.

We believe TPG is most affected but as TPG has advised that the issue relates to a third party carrier then Telstra/NBNco may be at the core of the problem.

As you can see they are saying that the problem should be rectified by 4pm today.

Unfortunately we are unable to improve the speed of access to our systems due to the ISP issues but we are monitoring the announcements from TPG and other providers and of course responding to any service requests submitted by our clients.
